Carli Clarkson

Carli Clarkson is a dedicated and experienced attorney at Ernst, Brown & Draper, specializing in business and employment law. Carli has a broad range of knowledge for the legal practice including: non-compete and non-solicit agreements, contract disputes, employee handbooks, employment agreements, as well as discrimination claims and wrongful discharge issues. Carli has acquired excellent preparation and strong negotiation skills, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She believes in fostering strong relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances and legal needs.

Carli is an Oregon native and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was the secretary for the Sports Entertainment and Law Forum. During law school, Carli worked at Caserta & Spiriti, PLLC where she gained valuable experience. Before going to law school Carli, graduated from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where she received her Master's Degree in Sports Law and Business. Prior to that, Carli graduated Magna Cum Laude and double majored at Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law and another Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Business. She was the president of the Arizona State University Women's Club Volleyball team and a member of the Undergraduate Law Association. Additionally, Carli spent a summer interning for the Tribal Court of Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians.

When not advocating for clients, Carli enjoys trying new restaurants in the area, exploring Arizona's beautiful landscapes, and visiting local farmers' markets. She is committed to maintaining a balanced life while providing top-notch legal services.
